3 Wonderful Guided Meditations

Whether you are completely new to meditation or not, if you are looking for inner silence and joy, here’s 3 guided meditation picks that you should check out. Each one is short and easy to follow in the comfort of your own home.

 

1] ‘Sound to Silence’ with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Time: ~21 minutes (tip: use an Adblocker to avoid ads that may potentially pop up in the middle of the video)

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a spiritual guru and founder of the Art of Living, a non-profit organisation. Over the last three decades, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has touched millions of lives teaching a meditation process called Sudarshan Kriya and other yoga sadhana and holding satsangs both in India and abroad.

2] Guidance into Awareness by Mooji

Time: ~10 minutes

Mooji is a teacher in the Advaita (non-dual) tradition, the most direct path to Self-realisation (jnana yoga).  He is a disciple of the late Sri Poonja ji who was a disciple of Sri Ramana Maharshi. Mooji holds satsangs in Portugal where he lives, as well as in other parts of the world (often in India in the past).

 

3] Isha Kriya with Sadhguru

Time: ~19 minutes

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev is a spiritual guru and founder of the Isha Foundation (Coimbatore, India) through which he offers meditation and yoga programmes such as Inner Engineering and Hatha Yoga. Apart from satsangs, Sadhguru has addressed audiences at some of the most prestigious organisations and forums in the world. Millions of followers from across the globe participate in the programmes and social service activities of Isha Foundation.
